No smoking is allowed anywhere inside the unit.
If there is evidence of smoking in the unit a smoking fee of $200 will be solicited for the added odor treatment of the unit.
No parties are allowed, if a party occurs and is confirmed a party fee of no less than $500 will be charged. The full charge will be determined upon inspection of the property, any damages or replacements would need to be covered by the guest.
A late check-out can be allowed if there is availability for it. Late check-outs must be requested at least 24 hours prior to departure and start at $20. An extra services carte is available in the unit. Upon soliciting a service from this carte and being provided solicited serviced you will receive a request through Airbnb to cover the service charge
Guest Verification: I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
You have access to everything in the bottom unit, including the garage.
There are upstairs neighbors so access to the stairs are private. The utility closet is off limits to guests and should only be used by our housekeeping staff
I respect our guests privacy, but am available if needed
The management fee is to cover the cost of insurance per reservation. All reservations are insured by our insurance provider, guest verification is needed to confirm your reservation, and travel insurance is available for purchase when you book with us, ask us about it.
